we will send resumes of applicants. After interviewing by telephone and
you decide to hire an applicant, it will take approximately one month
until the start of training. You can also tell us available positions, and

The J-1 Exchange Visitor visa is authorized
by the USIA (United States Information Agency) for international exchange
for "international trainees" to provide practical training in the U.S.
in their professional fields.
Our program(CTS) cooperates with several organization such as NPO, NGO etc
which are took authorization in the United State Information Agency(USIA).

CTS Tokyo Inc. provides professional development training and
cross-cultural experiences opportunities for individuals and groups in social
services, businesses, etc. This Program is primarily focused on
applicants willing to get training and learn the state of the art
management techniques, knowledge and know-how in U.S.A. On the other
hand, host company have a good opportunity to hire applican from Japan
that the cost of hiring is not high. And also there are no fee for you.
1. Applicants are issued "J-1 Visa: Exchange Visitor's Visa" .
2. The longest term of validity of the visa is one year.
3. No limited area, the type of industry and job as a management program.
Therefore applicants take the training at training site in accordance with training plan.
4. Applicants J-1Visa can obtain salary(stipend).
EX）the average per internship is about $1,000 per month.
5. There are no restrictions by state labor laws, thus there will not be any labor related problems.
6. Companies are not obligated to hire the interns upon completion of the programs. |
